    Q: What are my shipping options?

    A: Your State Change Try-on box will be shipped via Standard USPS Ground at no charge to you. Every order also includes a prepaid return envelope. You will receive a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment via email. If you require expedited shipping please contact us at support@statechangebands.com. All rings ship from our facility in the Los Angeles, California area.

    Q: Can I track my order?

    A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your item ships. You can lookup the location of your package on the United States Postal Service website. Since we rely on the US Postal Service for delivery, any questions or issues with shipping are best directed at USPS.   

    Q: How long does it take to get my Home Try-on box?

    A: In most cases your box will be packed and shipped within 1 business day.  That means weekend orders will generally ship on Monday. We'll email you a tracking number so you can track your packages. Delivery times vary based on your distance from our Los Angeles warehouse but the US Postal Service gets most packages where they need to go within three or four days. If you'd like expedited service contact us and we can quote you the cost for overnight delivery.  

    Q. How long do I have to try on the rings?

    A: We want you to do more than just try on the rings! Wear them for a day, show them to your partner, wear them in the morning and night to get the size right. You have fourteen calendar days (14) days from the date you receive the rings to have them back in the mail. We will use the postmark on the shipping package to determine when they were returned. If you exceed your home try-on period you will receive an email notification and then be charged for all the rings. 

    Q: How do you charge for the rings? 

    A: The 14-day home try-on experience is 100% free. There's no hidden restocking fees or shipping charges. When you keep a ring and return the others we simply charge you for the ring you keep. 

    Q: How do you make sure you get paid?

    A: We get this question a lot! First off, we start by trusting our customers and assuming the best. 😁 In addition, when you set up your Home Try-on box you must provide a valid credit card. We preauthorize the card to ensure there's sufficient funds to cover to cover the cost of all the rings. If for some reason you keep all the rings and run for the hills, we simply charge for all four of them. Rest assured we always notify our customers at the email address they provided when setting up the Try-at Home box prior to charging the credit card. 

    Q: I accidentally threw out the box! How can I return the rings?

    A: Sometimes an over-eager housemates recycles the box before you can return the rings. If that happens you'll need to drop each ring into its own bag (ziplock bags, paper bags or anything you have laying around will do) and pack the rings you are returning into a padded shipping envelope or box along with a copy of your receipt. The receipt let's us know who shipped the rings and can be found in the email you received from us. 

    Q. I need to return the band I bought within the last 30 days. How do I do that?

    A. If for any reason you would like to return your State Change bands you can contact us to initiate the return process and get a return shipping label. We provide free shipping and returns for all Try-on boxes but any returns made after purchase are not paid for by State Change. We ask you ship your return in a method that has a tracking number so everyone can be clear on when the ring has been returned successfully. 

    Q: My package never showed up or was stolen!
    A: All packages have a tracking number and delivery can be tracked. Like any package, once the USPS delivers the package and is marked delivered, we assume everything is fine. If you have had a package stolen, (or anything stolen!?) contact the police immediately. All packages shipped with USPS are covered under basic insurance. Provide USPS with the police report and they may initiate an insurance claim. You can also notify us at support@statechangebands.com and we will do everything we can to get you a new set of bands to try-on before the big day!
